Isang malakas na palakpak para sa ating mga kinatawan! Ipagpatuloy ang pagyabong ng talino at diwa ng pagka-Pilipino sa bawat hamon at pagkakataon.

𝗖𝗛𝗦 𝗕𝗨𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗗𝗢, 𝗡𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗨𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢!

Isang makabuluhang pagtatanghal ng talento, kultura, at wikang Filipino ang ipinamalas ng College of Health and Sciences matapos makamit ang 𝗜𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼 sa katatapos lamang na 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼 “𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘄𝗮” – 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, na ginanap sa Marcos Hall, University of Northern Philippines.

Sa kanilang pagtatanghal na “𝙉𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙜𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙬𝙞𝙙 𝙖 𝘿𝙞 𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙨 𝙢𝙖 𝙄𝙠𝙖𝙩,” isinalaysay ang buhay nina Ning at Bing, isang mag-ina na nagsusumikap sa araw-araw sa pamamagitan ng paggawa at pagbebenta ng 𝙙𝙞𝙠𝙚𝙩. Sa likod ng simpleng kakanin ay nakatago ang isang kuwentong puno ng pangarap, sakripisyo, pamana, at pagmamahal ng isang ina sa kanyang anak.

Sa bawat linya at eksenang binigyang-buhay sa entablado, ipinakita na ang kultura ay hindi lamang bahagi ng ating nakaraan—ito ay pamana na patuloy nating isinasabuhay at ipinapasa sa susunod na henerasyon. Sapagkat tulad ng 𝙙𝙞𝙠𝙚𝙩, ang buhay ay maaaring maging matamis at mapait, ngunit nagiging mas makabuluhan dahil sa pagmamahal at pagsisikap.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗦!

The University of Northern Philippines celebrates its strong performance in the August 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination, posting an 85.07% overall passing rate, with 57 of 67 examinees successfully passing.

UNP recorded an 88.14% passing rate among first-time takers, with 52 of 59 examinees passing, while 5 of 8 retakers passed, posting a 62.50% passing rate.

The results affirm the University’s commitment to quality instruction and professional preparation. They reflect the determination of its examinees and the sustained efforts of the faculty and academic community in preparing students for professional practice.

Under the leadership of President Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, UNP continues to strengthen its commitment to producing competent professionals equipped to serve their communities and excel in their chosen fields.

Congratulations to our successful examinees and to Dr. Joussie B. Bermio, Dean of the College of Health Sciences, and to the faculty and staff of the Medical Laboratory Science program for this remarkable achievement!

The College of Health Sciences (CHS) successfully conducted its General Orientation last Wednesday, bringing together students from various programs for an informative and engaging session in preparation for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The orientation provided students with essential information regarding academic matters, college policies, student services, organizational activities, and other important concerns relevant to their journey as members of the CHS community.

The activity also served as an avenue for students to become more acquainted with the college, its programs, and the opportunities available to them throughout the academic year.

As we look back on the successful activity, the College of Health Sciences remains committed to fostering an informed, engaged, and united student community.
