We are honored to announce that no less than Councilor Van Barros will be our distinguished Resource Person for this history-making event.

Clearance Advisory

All students are reminded to log-in to their e-Clearance accounts for verification and processing of their clearance requirements. Kindly bring your school ID or any valid ID during office transactions. Please be reminded to strictly follow the set schedule.

Note: Only students who are tagged in the e-Clearance are required to visit the specific offices where they have been tagged. If a student is not tagged in a particular office, there is no need to visit that office.

All students who are not enrolled in the current semester shall not be covered by the e-clearance system and are therefore required to undergo manual processing. These students must secure a hard copy of the clearance form from the Office of the University Registrar and coordinate with the concerned offices for the settlement of their accountabilities.

Anchored on this year’s empowering theme, “𝒞𝓊𝓁𝓉𝒾𝓋𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝐼𝓃𝓃𝑜𝓋𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒞𝓁𝒾𝓂𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝑅𝑒𝓈𝒾𝓁𝒾𝑒𝓃𝒸𝑒: 𝒮𝓉𝓇𝑒𝓃𝑔𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓃𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒴𝑜𝓊𝓉𝒽 𝐿𝑒𝒶𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝒶 𝒮𝓊𝓈𝓉𝒶𝒾𝓃𝒶𝒷𝓁𝑒 𝑀𝒾𝓃𝒹𝒶𝓃𝒶𝑜 𝒜𝑔𝓇𝒾𝒸𝓊𝓁𝓉𝓊𝓇𝑒,” USTP Claveria did not merely participate—it dominated. Demonstrating excellence across all fronts, the university showcased superior knowledge, innovation, and talent in crop-based and animal-based competitions, while equally excelling in literary, dance, and musical events—a true testament to the holistic development of its students.

From the precision and expertise displayed in technical agricultural contests to the creativity and artistry expressed in cultural performances, USTP Claveria proved its strength as a well-rounded institution. Every event became a stage where the delegates exhibited not only skill, but also pride, teamwork, and a deep commitment to advancing sustainable agriculture.

Notably, among the twenty-one (21) participating State Universities and Colleges from across Mindanao, USTP Claveria rose above all, asserting its dominance and proudly claiming the championship title.

With an outstanding total of 𝟐𝟖𝟓 𝖕𝖔𝖎𝖓𝖙𝖘, 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 (𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚) rose above all contenders, securing the 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞. This resounding victory reflects the collective excellence of its student delegates and the steadfast mentorship of their coaches, whose guidance and commitment paved the way for this remarkable achievement. More than medals and points, this triumph symbolizes the university’s enduring mission to cultivate future leaders in agriculture who are innovative, resilient, and globally competitive.

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Claveria, Misamis Oriental (USTP Claveria), through its Milk Processing Plant, successfully carried out the second round of milk distribution to various integrated schools across the municipality of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, on March 18, 2026, reinforcing its commitment to child nutrition and community development.
