ANNOUNCEMENT

The Registrar's Office is now accepting requests for the Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma from Batch 2026 Fresh Graduates of the following programs, following the approval of the Special Order (S.O.) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED):

• Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED)
• Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) – All Majors
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS)
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM)
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)

For the Bachelor of Science in Criminology, 126 out of 152 graduates have already been issued CHED-approved Special Orders and may now request their Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma.

Following the approval of several Special Order (S.O.) applications by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for our Batch 2026 Fresh Graduates, the Registrar’s Office is now accepting requests for the issuance of the Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma for graduates of the following programs:

• Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED)
• Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) – All Majors
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS)
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM)
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)

Graduates of the above-mentioned programs may now proceed to Registrar's Window 1 to verify the status of their academic fees and complete the Request Form for the scheduling of the release of their Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma

Graduates from programs not listed above are kindly advised to wait for the next official announcement from the Registrar’s Office. The processing of TORs and Diplomas for other programs will commence upon receipt of their respective approved Special Orders from CHED.

To avoid unnecessary travel expenses and inconvenience, we request your patience and cooperation while awaiting further announcements.
