*Get your subject list from your Program Chair. This list will contain the required and elective subjects for your program.

• Good Moral
• SHS Card (Form 138)
• Form 137
• Certificate of Indigency (if Applicable)
• Income Tax Return (if parents are working in the government)
• Honorable Dismissal and Certificate of Grade
• ASC College Admission Test

Based on the forecast of PAGASA for Typhoon Goring, Apayao will experience moderate to heavy rainfall with at times heavy torrential rains in the next 12 to 18 hours. Considering the volume of rainfall recorded since Saturday, the ground saturation level has been reached which may lead to soil erosion, possible landslides, and flooding. For the safety and convenience of learners including school employees, classes, and work at all levels for public and private schools in the Province of Apayao is suspended tomorrow, August 30, 2023.

As per DOST PAGASA 5AM Weather Report (July 27, 2023), The Province of Apayao is now under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) No. 2

In view hereof, Work in All Government Offices, All Government Owned and Controlled Corporation, Government Financial Institutions, and Private Institutions in the Province will resume today, July 27, 2023.

Classes in all levels, public and private are still suspended.

Work in All Government Offices, All Government Owned and Controlled Corporation, Government Financial Institutions, Private Institutions in the Province, and Classes In All Levels are still SUSPENDED today, July 26, 2023 due to Super Typhoon Egay.

However, offices/agencies involved in the delivery of basic services, health services, disaster preparedness and response measures and/or the performance of other vital services are mandated to continue their operations.

Moreover, suspension of work in private companies is encouraged and left at the discretion of their respective heads of office.

As per Executive Order No. 66 S. 2012, Prescribing Rules on the Cancellation or Suspension of Classes and Work in Government Offices Due to Typhoons, Flooding, Other Weather Disturbances and Calamities,

Work in government offices, classes in all levels suspended as Northern Portion of Apayao enters Signal No. 3 due to Typhoon Egay.

As of 5:00AM today, July 25, 2023, PAGASA placed northern portion of Apayao (Calanasan, Luna, Santa Marcela, Flora, Pudtol) under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3. Consequently, all work in government offices and classes at all levels are automatically suspended.

UPDATE: Gov. Elias C. Bulut, Jr. issues suspension of work in government offices and classes on all levels to ALL MUNICIPALITIES of Apayao (including Conner & Kabugao who are still under TCWS No. 2).

Everyone is advised to monitor government updates regarding Typhoon Egay and prepare for weather-related risks.

Reminder: The Local Government Unit (LGU) has the authority to declare local suspensions in areas where there is no storm signal.
