CHED SCHOLARSHIP 2020
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION: March 1, 2020 to May 31, 2020
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a Filipino citizen.
2. Must be a graduating high school/high school graduate with GWA of at least 85% or its equivalent computed as follows:
• If completed grade 11+1st semester of grade 12 is computed as ((Average GWA of Grade 11))+ GWA of grade 12)/3)*70%
• If completed Grade 12 then grade is computed as GWA*70%.
3. Must have a combines annual gross income of parents/guardian not exceeding Php 400,000.00

PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS
1. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
• Certificate of True Copy of Birth Certificate
2. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
• High school report card for incoming freshmen students eligible for college
• Duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st semester of Grade 12 for graduating high school students
3. FINANCIAL/INCOME REQUIREMTNS (Submit any of the following)
• Latest Income Tax Return(ITR) of parents or guardian.
• Certificate of Tax Exemption either from DSWD.
• Certifcate of Indigency
• Case study report from DSWD.
• Latest copy of contract or proof of income may be considered for children of OFW.
4. APPLY FOR CHED SCHOLARSHIP
• Download the application form, print, and then fill up:

• Submit your application form with your required documents listed above to Butuan CHED or Any CHED Offices near you.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE AND PASS AN EXAM TO BE A CHED SCHOLAR?
• No. There are no entrance exams for CHED scholarship. Just submit all the required documents.
