The BARMM Council proudly extends its heartfelt congratulations to Forester Airah Pendulat Kadil for achieving First Runner-Up in this year’s SFFI National Conference 2026- Binibining Manggugubat.

Her remarkable performance, grace, and dedication have brought pride and honor to our region. This achievement reflects not only her commitment and perseverance but also the strength and excellence of the forestry professionals she represents.

Beyond the recognition and distinction, her journey serves as an inspiration to our fellow foresters and the entire BARMM. She represented our region with dignity and pride, leaving a meaningful mark on this year's competition.

Cotabato State University celebrates the success of 𝟮𝟭 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 who passed the 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐏𝐅𝐋𝐄), held on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴–𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at various PRC testing centers. Of the successful examinees, 𝟮𝟬 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿. The first-time takers achieved a 𝟳𝟭.𝟰𝟯% 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, while the national passing rate stood at 74.31%.

Behind this milestone are the determination of our graduates and the efforts of the faculty and staff of the College of Forestry - COTSU, whose commitment and support helped prepare the examinees for the licensure examination.

[𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲] Students in 𝗙𝗥𝗠 𝟭𝟮𝟭 – 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, handled by Forester Wegie F. Bernales, preserved seeds in resin, featuring native and non-native plant species.

This activity provides students with a collection of seed specimens for future reference and identification. Through this hands-on activity, students can observe and compare seed characteristics, improve their understanding of seed morphology, and become more aware of the plant species in our environment.

All first-year BS Forestry students are hereby informed that the Gender Sensitivity Orientation will be held on July 30, 2026 (Thursday), 1:00 PM, at the DBS- Audio-Visual Room (AVR).

Attendance is mandatory, and students who participate shall be officially excused from their scheduled classes during the activity.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the program begins.
