In order to further strengthen the security and welfare of our students, faculty, staff, and the entire school community, the School will implement the following enhanced security measures, effective Monday, August 24, 2026:

Only students, school personnel, and authorized shadow guardians shall be permitted to enter the school premises during regular school hours.
All persons entering the school shall be subject to the prescribed security inspection, including bag and body checks, by the school security personnel.

All students and school personnel are required to wear their official school ID visibly and at all times while inside the school premises.
Security personnel shall be authorized to verify IDs at the school entrance and within the campus when necessary.

Only official school vehicles and the vehicles of the President and Vice President shall be allowed to enter and remain inside the school compound.
Students, parents, and other private vehicles shall not be permitted to enter the school premises, except when specifically authorized by school authorities for an official purpose.

Parents and guardians shall no longer be allowed to enter and stay inside the campus while classes are ongoing, unless they have a prior appointment with school authorities or are attending an officially sanctioned school event or activity.
This measure is intended to minimize unnecessary movement within the campus and ensure a safe and orderly learning environment for our students.

Visitors, suppliers, service providers, and other persons who need to transact business with the School must have prior appointment or authorization from the appropriate school authority before entering the campus.
All authorized visitors shall still undergo the required security inspection upon entry. After verification, the school security personnel shall issue a VISITOR ID, which must be worn visibly while inside the campus and surrendered upon exit.

Everyone is enjoined to strictly observe these measures and to cooperate with our security personnel. These policies are not intended to inconvenience members of our school community but are necessary precautions to help protect our students, personnel, and school property.
