‎As the gavel delivers its final sound for School Year 2025–2026, the Judicial Branch holds its concluding special meeting, marking the close of a meaningful year of service, discipline, and commitment to truth and justice.

‎The session was presided over by Chief Justice Abdul Madjid T. Esmael, together with the six Associate Justices, Juhainie T. Samama (CTED), Angel D. Santiago (CETC), Johaira L. Abdillah (CAS),Asnaira Abo (CAFi), Baby P. Guimba (CBPA), and Datu Horton A. Quituar (CFO), alongside the four Executive Court members Aira Lyn D. Dimarao, Baileyna A. Talipasan, L*z Alezzon C. Delos Reyes, and Allen Arcos.

Also present were the newly endorsed Associate Justices, who formally joined the bench during this closing session: Janelle Meigh P. Gayo (CTED), Jeace A. Quitorio (CBPA), Farizzah S. Usop (CAS), Sheryl C. Agustin (CAFi), Fihir A. Mamintal (CFO), and Abduljabbat T. Mantil (CIS).

‎The Judicial Branch convened a special court meeting on November 13, 2025, for the Reading of Transmittal of Case, presided over by Chief Justice Abdul Majid Esmael. He was assisted by his clerks, including Executive Clerk of Court Nurmalik Nasser, and Clerks of Court: Aira Lyn Dimarao from the Department of Communication, Baileyna Talipasan from Technical Information, and Allen Arcos from the Department of Records, alongside Court Treasurer Alezzon Delos Reyes. Each officer contributed to ensuring the orderly and efficient conduct of the proceedings.

‎The session was attended by the six Associate Justices: CETC Associate Justice Angel Delna Santiago, CAS Associate Justice Johaira Latip Abdillah, CFO Associate Justice Datu Horton Abdul Quituar, and CTED Associate Justice Juhainie Tahir Samama. The meeting was held at the OSAS Conference Room from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, reflecting the Judicial Branch’s steadfast commitment to the principles of justice, transparency, and integrity within the university judicial system.

The University Student Council – Judicial Branch introduces its officers for Academic Year 2025–2026. Tasked with preserving the principles of justice, equity, and impartiality, these officers serve as guardians of due process within the CSU student body.

From the University Student Council to Local Student Councils, Academic Organizations, and the student community at large, their mandate reflects a steadfast commitment to fairness and accountability for all CotSUans.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀: Judicial Court Special Meeting

The CSU University Student Council – Judicial Court, led by 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗮d𝗷𝗶𝗱 𝗘𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗲𝗹, held a special meeting today, August 21, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:40 AM at the Student Center Conference Room.

The meeting began with the oath-taking of 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿, along with the three new 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 – 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝘆𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗼 (Department of Communication), 𝗕𝗮𝗶 𝗟𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 (Technical Information), and 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀 (Department of Records) – together with 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀.

The six 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 worked on the rest of the agenda, which included the turnover of the Judicial Court’s official page, Gmail account, watermarks, and documents. They also deliberated on the revision of Rule II, Section 6 of the Internal Rules and discussed Rule I (General Provisions) of the Judicial Court Rules.

The meeting ended with the closing ceremony and adjournment, showing the Judicial Court’s steady commitment to truth, fairness, and justice in the university community.
