Notre Dame University (NDU) signed a memorandum of agreement with Climate Conflict Action Asia (CCAA) on August 6, 2026, renewing a decade of collaboration in peace and conflict research. The partnership was represented by NDU President Fr. Francis Efren C. Zabala, OMI, DMin; Dr. Jericho Baybayan, Director of the Notre Dame University Research and Publications Center; Dr. Delma Yuarata, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Liezl P. Bugtay, CCAA Deputy Executive Director; and Ibrahim Lucman, CCAA Security Adviser.
