𝐌𝐎𝐔 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 | August 24, 2026

The Aviation Technical School of Cotabato (ATSC) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the 7th Air Reserve Center (7th ARCen), Philippine Air Force, in support of the school’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Program.

ATSC was represented by Rajah Dossary Ibrahim, Quality Manager; Lenn Christian Piol, Head of Training; and Norhaifah Sanday, NSTP Coordinator.

Representing the 7th ARCen, PAF were LTC NORWIN DG LICOTO PAF (GSC), Commanding Officer; MSg Jose Rannie N. Manggas PAF, Sergeant Major; TSg Archie O. Escartin PAF, ACAD Department, NCOIC; and AW2C Cherry Uniana PAF, RRFTD Personnel.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening ROTC training, leadership, discipline, and service among students.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Training Induction Program (TIP)

The Training Induction Program (TIP) for MBHTE-TESD Scholarship Trainees was successfully conducted on August 6, 2026, under the Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II (EIM NC II), Photovoltaic Systems Installation NC II (PVSI NC II), and Computer Systems Servicing NC II (CSS NC II) programs.

The orientation was led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧, MBHTE-TESD CCDO Scholarship Focal Person, who discussed important information regarding scholarship guidelines, training policies, trainee responsibilities, attendance requirements, assessment procedures, and the expectations throughout the competency-based training.

The TIP aims to properly orient trainees before the commencement of their training, ensuring that they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the commitment needed to successfully complete their chosen TESDA qualifications.

ATSC continues to support skills development by providing quality technical-vocational education and preparing learners with industry-relevant competencies for future career opportunities.
