All students are required to wear the prescribed college uniform unless, for valid reasons, written permission has been secured from the Director of the Office of the Student Services and Development (OSSD), which must be presented upon demand.

Students are likewise required to wear the prescribed P.E. uniform during P.E. classes, the NSTP uniform during NSTP classes, and the appropriate shop/laboratory uniform during shop or laboratory periods.

“𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲” 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬
Every Wednesday is declared as “Wash Day” to allow students to wash their uniforms. On this day, students may wear civilian clothes, subject to the following guidelines:
•All students must be in decent and appropriate attire within the school premises.

• The following are 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝:
o 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: short pants and sleeveless shirts

o 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: sleeveless, strapless, spaghetti strap, or hanging blouses
o Rubber slippers or bakya
o Miniskirts, tight-fitting skirts, walking shorts, and short pants

𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
During rainy days, students are allowed to wear sandals or rubber clog shoes footwear for safety and convenience. However, the use of slippers remains strictly prohibited at all times inside the campus.

The Student Identification Card must be worn inside the campus at all times. Any loss of ID should be reported to the Office of the Student Services and Development within forty-eight (48) hours, which shall arrange for its replacement.

Any student found violating the prescribed uniform, footwear, and ID policies shall be issued a Report of Violation and shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the provisions of the CNSC Student Manual and other existing institutional rules and regulations.

With the theme “𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞,” the activity was held on 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐧, 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞.

This outreach was a heartfelt expression of love, hope, and generosity, especially for the Manide children, whose bright smiles truly captured the spirit of Christmas. The activity reminded us that compassion, shared sincerely, is the greatest gift of all.

CNSC also celebrated remarkable achievements during the congress. 𝐌𝐬. 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐌. 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨, Adviser of the CNSC–Student Assistant Organization, earned 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 (𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝) 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 (𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲), while 𝐌𝐫. 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐀. With the theme “𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫/𝐌𝐘/𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞,” the event served as a venue for leadership formation, skills development, cultural exchange, and the strengthening of values centered on service, purpose, and social transformation.

𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐌. 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨 represented the Office of the Student Services and Development as the Adviser of the CNSC–Student Assistant Organization. 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐄. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞, 𝐉𝐫 from the Culture and Performing Arts Unit and 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐌. 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐠𝐨, CAS OSSD Coordinator from the College of Arts and Sciences, joined as Student Affairs Services Practitioners.

Student leaders were also part of the delegation, including 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐚 𝐕. 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨, President of the CNSC–Student Assistant Organization and a 3rd Year BS Development Communication student, and 𝐃𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐉. 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨, Managing I of the CNSC–Student Assistant Organization and a 3rd Year Bachelor in Public Administration student 🌟.

Representing their respective colleges and organizations were 𝐉𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐑. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞, President of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies Student Government and a 2nd Year BS Information System student, and 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐁. 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨, President of the College of Trades and Technology Student Government and a 3rd Year BS Information Technology major in Computer Technology student.

Members of the Culture and Performing Arts Unit included 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 𝐂. 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫 and 𝐑𝐲𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, both 3rd Year Bachelor in Secondary Education majors in English, who contributed to the cultural representation of the College.

Also part of the delegation were 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐀. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐨, Managing Officer of The Organism and a 3rd Year BS Biology student; 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐌. 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞, VPEA Secretary of the Sociological Society and a 4th Year BA Sociology student; 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐀. 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐨, Deputy Speaker 1 of the CAS Student Government and a 3rd Year BS Biology student; 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐏. 𝐓𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐞, President of the Alliance of English Major and a 3rd Year AB English Language Studies student; and 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐨 𝐌. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐢𝐬, President of the Integreat Society and a 3rd Year BS Applied Mathematics student.

Through their active participation, the CNSC delegates stood as inspiring examples of student leaders who lead with purpose, serve with heart, and continue to create meaningful impact within and beyond the academic community ✨.
