With the theme, “Share the Love. Extend a Life. Give Blood”. The Camarines Norte State College- Main Campus College Red Cross Youth Council, CNSC Medical and Dental Services, Philippine Dental Association- Camarines Norte Chapter, and Tau Gamma Phi Tau Gamma Triskelions’ Grand Sorority- CNSC Chapter will conduct a Mobile Blood Donation 2023- YEAR FIVE.

Be a BLOOD DONOR and a LIFE SAVER!

Come and Join us in our Blood Letting Activity on February 14, 2023, 9:00am-2:00pm at CNSC- Main Campus, Covered Court.

Benefits:
• Prevents Hemochromatosis
• Anti-cancer benefits
• Maintains healthy heart and liver
• Stimulates Blood cell production
• Weight loss
• Prevent stroke

Who can donate:
• Currently in GOOD HEALTH condition
• Age: 16-17 (w/Parent Consent) 18-65 years old.
• Have atleast 8 HRS. REST/SLEEP
• Weighs 110 lbs/50 KGS AND ABOVE
• NO ALCOHOL INTAKE for the past 24 hrs before donation
• NO MEDICATIONS for the past 24 hrs before donation
• DOESN’T HAVE MENTSRUAL PERIOD during the donation
• 2 (TWO) WEEKS after fully vaccination.

With the theme, “Donating blood is an act of solidarity. Join the effort and save libes”. The Camarines Norte State College- Main Campus College Red Cross Youth Council, will conduct a Mobile Blood Donation 2022- YEAR FOUR.

Who can donate:
• Currently in GOOD HEALTH condition
