The following are the documentary requirements as stipulated in the MC No. 02 series of 2024 Amended TES Guidelines (𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐒)

2. Official Receipt/Electronic Official Receipt (eOR) from Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for application or examination fees

3. Official Receipts from any of the following for allowable expenses (Original):
• Licensure examination fees
• Notarial fees
• Review Center fees
• Insurance premium fees
• Issuance of Transcript of Records and Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Issuance of PSA, BIR, and NBI documents as needed, which may include all or any of the following: Birth and (if applicable) Marriage certificates, Documentary stamps, NBI Clearance; and
• Other entities or institutions for expenses necessary to comply with the requirements for licensure examinations.

4. Active LBP Account (Photocopy of ATM Card/Deposit Slip)

Submission Instructions:
📌Please submit the original or certified true copy of the required documentary requirements on or before 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (Tuesday) at SFAU Office, Ground Floor, CBPC Building.
