Sa bawat aral na ibinabahagi at pusong hinuhubog, maraming salamat sa inyong walang sawang paniniwala sa bawat estudyanteng tahimik na nangangarap. Sa inyong dedikasyon, ang edukasyon ay nagiging higit pa sa pagkatuto—ito ay nagiging daan tungo sa pagbabago, kalayaan, at pag-asa. ✨

Hindi natin hawak ang lakas ng hangin o ang gulo ng dagat, ngunit nasa ating mga kamay kung mananatili tayong matatag o tuluyang magpapaanod sa agos. 🌊

Ang mga pagsubok ay hindi dumarating upang pigilan tayo. Sa halip, hinuhubog tayo ng mga ito upang maging mas matatag sa mga hamong darating. Sa bawat pag-aalinlangan, alalahanin kung bakit tayo nagsimula at balikan ang mga bagay na nagbibigay saysay sa ating paglalakbay. Kaya kung minsan ay hindi malinaw ang tanawin sa unahan, nawa'y huwag agad matakot sa kawalan ng kasiguruhan. Hindi man natin alam kung ano ang naghihintay sa kabilang pampang, pero maaari pa rin tayong magpatuloy, dala ang tapang na nabuo sa bawat alon na ating nalampasan. ✨️

In accordance with CELASC Resolution No. 001 and Resolution No. 002, Series of 2026-2027, the College of Education and Liberal Arts Student Council, 1st Congress, hereby issues 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐍𝐨. 𝟎𝟎𝟏, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

Providing for the implementation of the prescribed Dress Code and Uniform Policy and the establishment of the Disciplinary Committee, the Memorandum is accompanied by the guidelines and procedures necessary for its implementation.

The provisions contained herein and in its annexes shall serve as the basis for the proper observance and enforcement of the policy. The Memorandum takes effect immediately upon issuance.

Guided by our pursuit of ensuring a well-informed and properly guided student community prior to the implementation and enforcement of institutional policies, the CELASC hereby informs all bona fide CELA students of the issuance of 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 𝟎𝟎𝟏 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 𝟎𝟎𝟐, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

The aforementioned resolutions pertain to the College’s dress code and uniform policy, including the proper procedures for their implementation and enforcement.

Following the release of the third batch of uniforms, the aforementioned resolutions shall take effect on September 23, 2026. All students are therefore enjoined to exercise due diligence by reading, reviewing, and understanding the provisions of the resolutions upon their publication.

The effective implementation of any institutional policy requires not only proper enforcement but also the informed participation, cooperation, and responsibility of all members of the community to whom such policies apply.

As the official repository and archival platform of the College of Education and Liberal Arts Student Council, CELA Kaisahan shall serve as a centralized reference for advisories, announcements, resolutions, memoranda, official statements, and other duly authorized issuances of the Council.

The repository shall likewise operate within the bounds of applicable institutional policies, confidentiality requirements, privacy considerations, and other governing rules. Documents published through CELA Kaisahan shall be treated as official records only when duly issued, adopted, approved, or authorized by the appropriate authorities.

𝙄𝙉 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙎 | 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 – 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗨𝘀 🌊

What lies ahead does not have to resemble what came before. We carry our lessons with us, not as anchors to the past, but as foundations for what we choose to forge next.

As we continue to sail through our journey of becoming, may we always remember that becoming is a continuous process—one shaped by growth, purpose, courage, and the experiences that lead us toward who we are meant to be.

As our Dean, Dr. Cherry B. Calaunan, reminded us, “If you cannot believe in yourself, borrow our belief in you.” Let these words remind us that we do not have to face every uncertainty alone, for there are those who continue to believe in what we can become.

May we continue to embrace every opportunity, overcome every challenge, and remain open to the possibilities that lie ahead. May we carry the spirit of One CELAbration with us as we continue writing the chapters of our story—knowing that our journey is far from finished.

Tungo sa ating mga 𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐓 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 sa 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐲𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, nawa’y samahan kayo ng karunungan, kapanatagan, at lakas sa inyong pagsabak sa mahalagang hakbang na ito.
