The 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 of the 𝘾𝙀𝙇𝘼𝙎𝘾 to keep the CELA Titans connected and updated.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 [2/2] | Imis tan Liket Community Outreach Caravan 🍃💫

Last May 14, the Imis tan Liket Community Outreach Caravan was held at Suit Elementary School in Brgy. Pugaro Suit, Dagupan City, in coordination with the Barangay Pugaro Officials and SK Officials. The program aimed to serve children, parents, and fishermen from the barangay through various educational activities, community services, and outreach initiatives.

The SSC, together with other student councils, facilitated lectures and interactive activities for both children and parents. CMASC conducted a financial literacy lecture, while CELASC, together with UPAGES, organized storytelling sessions for the children. CAHSSC led a handwashing activity and also provided medical services for the beneficiaries, while CITESC facilitated numerical literacy lessons. For the parents, CCJESC delivered a lecture on safety awareness. Meanwhile, CHTMSC, together with JTHMAP and LTSP, supported the program by providing food and snacks for the beneficiaries, offering free tastes of unique food selections, and conducting tour-guiding lectures for parents.

Aside from the educational activities, the outreach caravan also included the distribution of goods for the fishermen in the barangay, as well as free services such as a haircut station. A Memorandum of Agreement was also signed between the school heads of Suit Elementary School and PHINMA University of Pangasinan to further strengthen collaboration in education. The program concluded with gift-giving activities for the children, including the distribution of shirts.

This outreach became a meaningful opportunity to bring learning, service, and joy to the community. Through the efforts of the student councils and partners, the program created lasting smiles and meaningful connections with the beneficiaries.

LeadCamp ’26 Ensues, Commences Thanksgiving Mass

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: Launching the LEADCAMP 2026 edition, student leaders from respective departments and university-wide organizations gathered for an Eucharistic celebration led by the University Campus Ministry at the university gymnasium on May 11, 2025.

Presided over by Rev. Fr. Mark Kelvin Tobias, TC, the mass served as a reminder to student leaders about guidance and values and offered blessings for the upcoming school year.

Centered on the theme “Daluyon” or waves, Day 1 is set to tackle agreements, school priorities, the presentation of outreach programs, and breakout sessions.

Kasama ang iba’t ibang Student Councils ng PHINMA University of Pangasinan, sama-sama tayong maghahatid ng serbisyo, tulong, at saya para sa ating komunidad.

Kaya ngayong Mayo 14, samahan ninyo kami sa patuloy nating misyon na “Making the Lives of Others Better.”

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝘾𝙀𝙇𝘼𝙎𝘾 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜

On April 16, 2026, the College of Education and Liberal Arts Student Council (CELASC) resumed for the first part of their second reading as part of the amendment process of the draft Constitution and By-Laws made by the Head Framer, APSS Rep. Ivan Justine Emmanuel Palisoc, CePL. Some notable amendments made during the first half of the session included the establishment of legislative positions for the legislative branch of the student council to be primary actors for the college moving forward.

With the majority of provisions already amended, the CELASC once again convened on April 23, 2026, for an online session and the second part of the second reading where they then tackled the transitory provisions of the draft Constitution and By-Laws.

This initiative was founded and promulgated based on the following reports and progression:
