Freshmen and transferees took off as Universidad de Dagupan held its Kick-Off Party 2026 with the theme "๐—ก๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด: ๐—™๐—น๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜" on July 27, 2026. The celebration gave new students a fun and memorable start to their college journeyโ€”a day where meetings and greetings came alive!
