Appreciation Message for our L-NU College of Dentistry Professors
As April comes, a season of recognition, appreciation, and gratitude โ we, the students of the L-NU College of Dentistry, pause to honor the professors who continue to shape who we are becoming as future dentists.
You have guided us through years of learning, discipline, and growth. Your teaching goes beyond lectures and clinical requirements. You help form our character, mindset, and responsibility toward the patients we will one day serve.
To Dr. Helen Vidal
Thank you for introducing us to dentistry. You gave us our first understanding of the profession and showed us its purpose.
Through your teaching, we learned that dentistry is about service, responsibility, and compassion toward people. You built the foundation of our training and helped us find direction early in our journey.
Because of you, we began this path with clarity and motivation.
To Dr. Madonna Salinas
Thank you for being a patient and compassionate clinical instructor.
You guide us calmly, step by step, making the clinic a place where learning feels safe. You allow us to make mistakes and learn from them without fear.
Your support helped us grow not only as clinicians but also as individuals who practice empathy and professionalism.
To Dr. Agnes Silvino
Thank you for teaching us Oral Anatomy and guiding us through the structures that form the foundation of dentistry.
You helped us understand oral structures clearly and showed us how anatomy connects directly to clinical practice. Because of your teaching, we gained knowledge that supports every procedure, diagnosis, and decision we make as students.
Your lessons strengthened our understanding of oral structures and gave us confidence in applying what we learn inside the clinic. Thank you for patiently teaching us everything we need to know.
To Dr. Dominic Parado & Dr. Eusebio Mamaril
Thank you for guiding us through prosthodontics laboratory work with dedication.
You spent countless hours demonstrating techniques, correcting our work, and pushing us toward precision. The laboratory taught us patience, discipline, and attention to detail.
Because of your mentorship, we learned that quality work requires persistence and consistency.
To Dr. Jayson Palma
Thank you for guiding us through our first cavity preparation โ a milestone we will always remember.
Your clear instructions and encouragement gave us confidence during a moment that once felt intimidating. You reminded us that every skilled dentist started as a beginner.
That experience marked an important step in our clinical growth.
To Dr. Ronald Cabral
Thank you for sharing your knowledge in medical subjects and helping us understand their connection to dentistry.
You made complex concepts easier to understand and taught us to see patients holistically. You helped us recognize that oral health connects directly to overall health.
Because of you, we learned to think beyond procedures and focus on patient care as a whole.
To Dr. Cherrylyn Merza
Thank you for remaining a dedicated mentor despite distance and time differences.
Your willingness to guide us, answer questions, and support our progress shows genuine commitment to teaching. You prove that mentorship does not depend on physical presence.
Your dedication continues to reach us wherever we are.
To Dr. Theresa Fernandez
Thank you for making cariology, research, and other subjects engaging and meaningful.
Your energy keeps classes interactive and encourages curiosity. You push us to ask questions and appreciate the learning process itself.
You remind us that learning becomes stronger when students stay curious and involved.
To Dr. Sheryl Roman
Thank you for guiding us in Oral Surgery and Anesthesiology.
These subjects once made us anxious, but your instruction helped us gain confidence gradually. You teach technical skills alongside responsibility and precision.
Because of you, we are learning to face challenges with preparation and trust in our abilities.
