This International Youth Day, we celebrate young people as active partners in building stronger communities and a better society.

Across different realities, their aspirations remain deeply connected. They want lives of dignity, meaningful opportunities, and a real voice in the decisions that shape their present and future.

May we continue to make space for young people to question, participate, lead, and hold institutions to a higher standard. Their courage and participation make our communities stronger and our future more hopeful.

𝐀𝐇𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐖 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤

I The founding officers of the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Trainers, Educators, and Professionals of Pangasinan (AHTTEPP) recently held a vital virtual session to polish the official competition rulebook. Despite the inclement weather, the committee successfully finalized guidelines designed to make this year’s Pangasinan Province Tourism Skills Exposition our most inclusive, exciting, and memorable yet.

The meeting was led by Dr. Jerry L. Ceballos Jr. and attended by a dedicated group of trainers and educators, including VP for HEIs Dr. Mara Danielle M. Espinoza, VP for TVIs Dr. Susana E. Tandoc, Treasurer Dean. Mary Ann S. De Vera, Auditor Ms. Leslie Ann O. Alcain, and PRO Sir Zaldy D. Español. They were joined by Committee Chairs and Co-Chairs Dr. April C. Abalos, Dr. Justin Frances Callesto, Dean Adonis Cariño Julian, Dr. Amalia G. Dela Cruz, Dean Marc Aaron M. Lopez, Ms. Rolette Rosario S. Gulla, Sir Rafael Buenio III and Sir Higino Villar III. Officers who were unable to attend were well-represented by equally capable individuals: Sir Nat Balagtas, Ms. Joela Marj Vinluan, and Ms. Angelica Austria-Tandoc.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Malu Amor-Elduayan and the PTCAO Team. We are also grateful to the representatives from the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, especially Sir Mykhael Tyrone Ceralde, whose presence and technical support made this virtual meeting possible.
