L-NU SSG JOINS PAPSAS MIDYEAR INTERACTIVE YOUTH FORUM 2026

Lyceum-Northwestern University (L-NU) student leaders unite with youth leaders nationwide for sustainable, inclusive, and resilient communities

The Lyceum-Northwestern University Supreme Student Government (L-NU SSG) is representing the University at the Philippine Association of Practitioners of Student Affairs and Services (PAPSAS) Midyear Interactive Youth Forum, held on October 7–9, 2026, at the Grand Menseng Hotel, Davao City, Philippines.

Carrying the theme “The 5Ps in Action: Empowered Youth Leaders for Sustainable, Inclusive, and Resilient Communities,” the forum provides a venue for student leaders to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange ideas, and strengthen leadership for community development.

The College of Nutrition and Dietetics of Lyceum-Northwestern University successfully conducted its Departmental Orientation, on July 14 2026, to welcoming students to another meaningful academic journey! 🎓🌱

The orientation served as an opportunity to help students become more informed and prepared as we discussed important departmental policies, academic guidelines, expectations, and responsibilities that will guide us throughout the school year. 📚✅

More importantly, students were introduced to the different career opportunities and professional pathways in Nutrition and Dietetics, highlighting the many possibilities that await future Registered Nutritionist-Dietitians (RNDs). 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🥗

On July 29, 2026, the College of Nutrition and Dietetics of Lyceum Northwestern University, together with the Creative Montessori Center, successfully celebrated Nutrition Month 2026! 🎉

With the theme “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”, we enjoyed fun and meaningful activities that reminded our young learners that choosing healthy food and caring for our environment go hand in hand. 🌿🥦

PRB-NAD CONDUCTS PHYSICAL OCCULAR INSPECTION AND MONITORING AT LNU

Dagupan City, Pangasinan – The Professional and Regulatory Board of Nutrition and Dietetics (PRB-NAD) is currently conducting a Physical Ocular Inspection and Monitoring (OIM) of the Educational Institution at Lyceum Northwestern University – Dagupan Campus today, June 30, 2026.

The inspection and monitoring team is led by PRB-NAD Chairperson Hon. Ma. Socorro E. Ignacio, together with Board Members Hon. Imelda A. Agdeppa and Hon. Rhoda Joy R. Buenviaje, with the assistance of Dr. John Adrian J. Malagotnot, Chief Professional Regulations Officer of the Professional Regulation Commission-Regional Office I (PRC RO I).

The activity aims to assess the institution's compliance with the prescribed standards and requirements for offering the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics program, ensuring the continuous delivery of quality nutrition and dietetics education and the preparation of competent future nutrition and dietetics professionals.

𝗟𝘆𝗰𝗲𝘂𝗺-𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗟-𝗡𝗨) welcomed the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 (𝗣𝗥𝗕) 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 for its Physical Ocular Inspection and Monitoring on July 1, 2026, reaffirming the University's commitment to excellence in nutrition education and regulatory compliance.

The inspection was warmly received by 𝗟-𝗡𝗨 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝘂𝘇 𝗧. 𝗗𝘂𝗾𝘂𝗲-𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗯, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗢𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗣. 𝗥𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻, and the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, headed by 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗥. 𝗔𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗼, together with the college's faculty members.

The inspection and monitoring team was led by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗮. 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼 𝗘. 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, together with 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗮 𝗔. 𝗔𝗴𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗮 and 𝗛𝗼𝗻. The successful conduct of the inspection highlights L-NU's unwavering commitment to academic quality, continuous improvement, and the development of competent and globally competitive nutrition and dietetics professionals.
