Dear PHINMA UPang College Students,

Due to the unpredictable weather conditions and frequent class cancellations, the P1 Examinations will be rescheduled to 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟒–𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

However, 𝐢𝐟 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝟏 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬. Students are advised to stay updated on announcements from their respective teachers regarding the schedule and modality of these assessments.

This adjustment is being made to ensure the consistency, fairness, and proper implementation of the P1 Examinations across all classes, giving everyone a fair opportunity to prepare and take the examinations under more consistent learning conditions.

Please be advised that face-to-face classes across ALL LEVELS in both DAGUPAN and URDANETA CAMPUSES will remain suspended on August 19, 2026.

Classes will shift to remote coaching.
Registrar, Teller and other office transactions will remain open.

: AUGUST 17, 2026 Dagupan City suspends classes in all levels, gov't work tomorrow

Dagupan City Mayor Belen T. Fernandez issued Executive Order No. 51 Series of 2026 suspending classes in all levels in both public and private schools alongside government work tomorrow, August 17, due to the enhanced southwest monsoon.

As of 5:00 p.m. today, Pangasinan was placed under a Yellow Rainfall Warning, with heavy rainfall expected across the province tomorrow, August 17, caused by the recurring southwest monsoon, according to DOST-PAGASA Weather Advisory No. 60.

1️⃣ Click STUDENT DETAILS
2️⃣ Select STUDENT MANAGEMENT > STUDENT PROFILE
3️⃣ Click EXAM PERMIT, choose your semester and period, then click DOWNLOAD EXAM PERMIT.

Save your permit and keep it ready for examination day. 💚

Pursuant to the Executive Order No. 46, Series of 2026, by the City of Dagupan, please be advised that face-to-face classes across all levels will remain suspended on August 11, 2026, in Dagupan campus.

Classes will shift to remote coaching. Students are advised to monitor announcements from their respective teachers.

Finance teller section will be open tomorrow for payment transactions.
