On April 15, 2026, the Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) conducted its 3rd National Teacher Education Quiz Bee in Western Pangasinan which was held in Dagupan City. In their qualifying round, three education students from the College of Education and Liberal Arts (CELA) paved their way to the top.

This February, the organization participated a series of academic and developmental activities that reflected its commitment to student empowerment, leadership development, and active community participation. These initiatives included the ๐Ÿ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ and the ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ฒ ๐’๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, which aimed to strengthen the academic readiness, leadership awareness, and decision-making skills of Education students.

The organization also took part in the ๐…๐ƒ๐‚ ๐…๐ฅ๐š๐  ๐‘๐š๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐„๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution through a flag ceremony, wreath-laying, and the symbolic tying of white ribbons around the campus as a representation of peace and unity. The month concluded with the ๐…๐ฎ๐ง ๐‘๐ฎ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, held as part of the closing celebration of the universityโ€™s 100th Foundation Anniversary, bringing together students and employees from the PHINMAโ€“UPANG community in a meaningful celebration.

The 1st Year Bridging Program successfully held its session on Test-Taking Strategies last February 2, 2026 (Monday) at the AVR. The program was organized under the guidance of ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐Œ๐š. ๐“๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐š ๐‰๐จ๐ฒ ๐’๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง๐จ, Student Learning Coordinator, and featured ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐Œ๐š๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ž ๐‹๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š as the resource speaker.

The program was conducted in two sessions, the activity equipped first-year students with practical techniques, effective approaches, and confidence in handling examinations. Through Mr. Revillaโ€™s insightful discussion, students gained valuable strategies to improve focus, manage time efficiently, and perform better in both academic assessments and future evaluations.

The Supreme Student Council, through Memorandum No. 007, formally invites all organization heads to join and participate in the Open Dialogue with the University Admin Council. This initiative fosters constructive and collaborative engagement between the student body and the university administration. The dialogue provides a formal platform for student leaders to present consolidated concerns and insights from students, while the administration shares updates on the universityโ€™s progress, ongoing initiatives, and efforts to ensure quality education and services.
