Pursuant to Executive Order No. 46, Series of 2026, from the Office of the Mayor of Dagupan City, please be informed that face-to-face classes at ALL LEVELS are suspended tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, due to the prevailing flooding and the declaration of the city under a state of calamity.

Teachers and faculty members are advised to shift to flexible online learning, which may be conducted either at home or on campus, subject to the University’s guidelines and prevailing conditions. All members of the LNU community are advised to prioritize their safety and to exercise appropriate discretion in view of the prevailing flooding and the city’s declaration of a state of calamity.
