Strengthening internationalization is essential in preparing higher education institutions to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world. Representing the University of Luzon at KAPIT-BISIG 2026: United from Within to Beyond were ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐น ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ๐๐ผ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ป๐ฎ, ๐๐ฟ., Director of the International Relations Office, and ๐ ๐. ๐๐ป๐ป๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฎ, International Relations Office staff, who joined higher education leaders, International Relations Officers, IZN Focal Persons, and academic professionals from across the Philippines in a two-day capacity-building and professional training workshop on internationalization.
Organized by the University of the Philippines Los Baรฑos, the event was held on July 13โ14, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Clark, Pampanga. It provided participants with valuable opportunities to exchange best practices, strengthen institutional networks, explore innovative strategies, and respond to the evolving demands of higher education in a global landscape.
Through specialized workshops, collaborative discussions, and practical learning sessions, the University of Luzon's representatives gained valuable insights that further strengthen the University's internationalization initiatives. The experience also opened new opportunities for strategic partnerships, academic collaboration, and global engagement that will benefit our students, faculty, and the entire University community.
By participating in KAPIT-BISIG 2026, the University of Luzon reaffirms its commitment to building meaningful international partnerships and creating transformative learning opportunities that prepare graduates to succeed in a globally connected society.
