To our winners, congratulations! Your fellow students have chosen to trust you, so use that trust well. Lead not just with confidence, but also with respect, understanding, and a willingness to listen.
And to those who didn't make it this time, please know that your effort was not wasted. It takes courage to run, to stand before your classmates, and to offer your time and ideas for the department. You may not have won the position, but you are still part of the community, and your voice still matters.
At the end of the day, this election was never just about Y.A.R.N. or U.N.O. It is about our students, our department, and what we can accomplish when we work together.
Let's leave the competition behind and move forward as one BSBA-HRM and BSHM community.
