This quote beautifully reminds us that growth is never instant. Every success we celebrate today was once a difficult season filled with doubts, sacrifices, patience, and perseverance. Sometimes we become too focused on reaching the destination that we forget to appreciate the strength we gained, the people we met, and the moments that slowly shaped us into who we are becoming.

To our graduates, this milestone is proof that you survived days you once thought you couldnโ€™t overcome. You carried your dreams through pressure, exhaustion, failures, and uncertainty โ€” and still chose to move forward. Be proud of yourself for making it this far, and continue believing in the endless possibilities ahead of you. There is still so much life waiting for you beyond these halls, and may you continue to walk toward your future with courage, humility, and hope.

There is a seat waiting for you at tables you havenโ€™t seen. Within our school, this means there are opportunities, friendships, and spaces where you are meant to growโ€”even if you havenโ€™t discovered them yet. You may feel uncertain, left out, or unsure of where you belong, but trust that your place is being prepared in classrooms, organizations, teams, and moments that will shape who you are becoming.

Not every door opens right away, and not every table feels familiar at firstโ€”but that doesnโ€™t mean you are not meant to be there. Sometimes, growth happens when you take a step forward, try something new, or simply allow yourself to be seen.
