The Graduate School Office will be 𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙉 this Saturday to accommodate students who are unable to visit the office and process their enrollment during regular weekdays.

This arrangement is intended to provide additional time and convenience for students who are working, have weekday commitments, or are otherwise unavailable during the week.

Please follow these steps:

STEP 1 – Requirements Evaluation
Prepare and present the required documents.

STEP 2 – Entrance Examination
Proceed to the Guidance Office and take the entrance examination. Don't forget to secure your Entrance Exam Result.

STEP 3 – Registration Form
Have your registration form issued, accomplished, and evaluated by the Graduate School staff or Dean.

STEP 4 – Form Evaluation & Enrollment
Proceed to the Clinic, MIS, Cashier, and Registrar as indicated in the admission flow.

🔹 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙐𝙄𝙉𝙂 / 𝙊𝙇𝘿 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎
STEP 1 – Digital Clearance
Request your clearance through the CTU online registration system.

STEP 2 – Registration Form
Proceed to the Graduate School Office, secure your registration form, accomplish it, and have it evaluated by the staff or Dean.

STEP 3 – Form Evaluation
Complete the requirements at the Clinic, MIS, Cashier, and Registrar.

📌 FINAL STEP – CLASS GROUP CHAT
After enrollment, log in to the Student Portal and present your Certificate of Registration (COR) to the Graduate School staff. You will then be added to your respective class group chat.

FACE-TO-FACE FINAL EXAMINATION | M.Ed. Mathematics Major

A productive and meaningful academic milestone was reached on August 16, 2026, as our Master of Education (M.Ed.) Mathematics Major students completed their Face-to-Face Final Examination.

The examination marked the culmination of another semester of learning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and mathematical exploration. It provided our students with an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they had developed throughout their coursework.

The final examination was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Bysche Rivera and Dr. Gerly A. Alcantara, whose dedication and commitment to quality mathematics education continue to support and challenge our graduate students to strive for academic excellence.

A DAY OF RESEARCH, DISCOVERY, AND SCHOLARLY EXCHANGE | Research Methodologies in Education

On August 15, 2026, a productive and enriching Face-to-Face Research Defense was conducted for the subject Research Methodologies in Education.

The activity provided our students with an avenue to present their research ideas, explain their chosen methodologies, respond to scholarly questions, and gain valuable insights for further improving their studies.

The session was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Romel Mutya, whose direction and mentorship supported the students throughout their research presentations. The defense was further enriched by the presence of Dr. Ryan Mahilum as Panelist, whose thoughtful questions, observations, and constructive recommendations encouraged deeper analysis and strengthened the students’ research perspectives.

More than a defense, the activity became a meaningful exchange of ideas, critical reflection, and scholarly learning—an important part of the students’ journey toward becoming competent and purposeful educational researchers.

A meaningful and engaging Face-to-Face Defense was successfully conducted for TSc 607 – Current Trends and Issues in Teaching Science with Principles in Research and Publication on August 15, 2026.

Under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Romel Mutya, our students confidently presented and defended their research outputs, demonstrating their understanding of current trends and issues in Science Education and their ability to engage in scholarly discussion and critical analysis.

The activity was further enriched by the presence of Dr. Ryan Mahilum as Panelist, whose valuable insights, questions, and constructive feedback contributed to a meaningful and rigorous academic experience for the students.
