In accordance with Memorandum Order No. 228, Series of 2026, entitled “Temporary Academic and Work Arrangement During the National Energy Emergency” dated May 4, 2026, issued by the University President, the Student Electoral Commission shall accept 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘-𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 and filing of initial requirements through the official Google Form during the scheduled online submission period.

📢 SSG CLEARANCE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Office of the Supreme Student Government of Jose Rizal Memorial State University – Main Campus would like to inform all students that the SSG Clearance Processing will officially begin on the following schedule:

🗓️ May 18–19, 2026 (Monday–Tuesday)
✔️ On-site and Online Clearance Processing

🗓️ May 20–22, 2026 (Wednesday–Friday)
✔️ Online Clearance Processing Only

⏰ Office Hours:
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM only

This activity is open to all students; however, priority will be given to 4th Year Students to accommodate their graduation and completion requirements.

📌 Students who have pending sanctions are strongly advised to settle their clearance during the On-site Processing on May 18–19, 2026 (Monday–Tuesday).

📌 Kindly visit the SSG Office for the complete requirements needed for clearance signing.

Students are encouraged to process their clearance within the scheduled dates and office hours to avoid delays and ensure a smooth transaction. Please prepare the necessary requirements beforehand and follow proper procedures during the processing period.
