ANNOUNCEMENT | 1ST SEMESTER 2025-2026 ENROLLMENT IN THE COLLEGE OF LIBERAL ARTS, MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCES IS GOING ON!
Good day aspirants! Please follow the steps below for your enrollment.
Enrollment Steps for New Student/Transferee
Step 1 Screening
1.1 Send your application letter to enroll in the College of Liberal Arts, Mathematics and Sciences-Graduate Studies and upload your admission requirements for screening via email at [email protected]. Once approved, you will be notified and be given username and password to be used to log-in to

Admission requirements for screening:
Informative copy of Transcript of Records (Certified true copy – CTC)
Personal Statement
• Goal/Direction
• Thesis Concept
For the Personal Statement
• One (1) copy for Graduate School only
• Write an essay about the following (one full page; single-space; Times New Roman # 12):
1. Your Goal/Direction as a graduate student – Please be guided by the following questions:
-“Why are you taking up graduate studies?”
-What is the significance of graduate studies in your life?”
2. Thesis concept – Please write about what your research interest, or your research concept in your own field
After accomplishing the Guidance Office Student Profile, you will be given your application number/ username and password for you to log in to the student portal at https://www.jrmsu-arms.online/
Step 2 Log In
2.1 Log in to the student portal using the given application number (which is the ‘username’) and the given password.
2.2 Change your default password.
2.3 Fill out the Profile Form accurately.
2.4 Complete the Student Health Record Tracker.
2.5 Upload your basic admission requirements – scanned copy of the following:
Informative copy of Transcript of Records (Certified true copy – CTC)
NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (Original and CTC)
Honorable Dismissal (if applicable: for those who took graduate studies in other schools but did not finish)
Marriage Contract (CTC and if applicable)
Permit to Study (for employed applicant)
2x2 ID Picture
Step 3 Guidance Office
3.1 Accomplish the Online Student Guidance Profiling and Online Student Well-being Assessment.
Step 4 Pre-registration
4.1 Apply for enrollment to your desired program subject to approval for admission to the College of Liberal Arts, Mathematics and Sciences-Graduate Studies.
4.2 Wait for approval as your uploaded credentials will be evaluated by the Dean of his/her authorized personnel.
4.3 Wait for notification of approval/disapproval.
- If APPROVED: proceed to the Registration Process (Step 5)
Step 5 Registration
5.1 Select your classes and submit them for approval.
Step 6 Approval
6.1 Wait for approval of your classes by the College of Liberal Arts, Mathematics and Sciences-Graduate Studies in-charge.
Step 7 Payment
7.1 Once classes are approved by the College of Liberal Arts, Mathematics and Sciences-Graduate Studies in-charge, proceed to payment at the Cashier’s Office (Partial payment: 1/3 of Total Tuition Fee)
7.2 Send the scanned copy of your receipt via email at [email protected] & [email protected]
7.3 Wait for the payment to be validated by the Cashier’s Office.
Step 8 Validation
8.1 Wait for enrollment to be validated by the Registrar’s Office.
Step 9 Release of Student Copy (Enrollment Form)
9.1 Claim your Student Copy at the Registrar’s Office on the scheduled date of release indicated in your enrollment form. Student copy shall be released upon submission of complete admission requirements. If you cannot come personally, please authorize a person to claim your Student Copy. Let the person bring an official authorization letter, a copy of your valid ID, and a copy of his/her valid ID.
Step 10 School ID and Validation Processing
10.1 With your Student Copy as proof of official enrollment, proceed to DSAS for your School ID and validation.
