Jose Rizal Memorial State University joins the nation in commemorating the 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆 to honor the life of former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr. and his enduring contribution to the Filipino pursuit of democracy and freedom.

Congratulations to our JRMSU President Dr. Maria Rio Abdon Naguit for being recognized among the Top 10 SUC Presidents of the Philippines who are Scopus producers and researchers, based on the August 2026 evaluation by GHF University Excellence.

This recognition reflects Dr. Naguit’s continuing contributions to research and knowledge creation, alongside her leadership in advancing JRMSU’s academic and research agenda.
