𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || The NSTP officers gathered at the BU College of Nursing Function Hall on March 6, 2026 for the successful NSTP HIRAYA General Meeting. The meeting served as an avenue to present and explain the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) of the newly formed mother organization for NSTP, marking an important step toward strengthening leadership and collaboration among NSTP units.

A special election was also conducted to complete the set of officers who will serve the organization. The assembly concluded with inspiring privilege speeches from the NSTP presidents of each college, sharing their commitment to service, unity, and leadership.

Indeed, the NSTP General Meeting marked a strong and meaningful start for NSTP HIRAYA, paving the way for a future grounded in service, collaboration, and empowered student leadership.

The BU NSTP Hiraya conducted its First General Meeting on March 6, 2026, at the Bicol University College of Nursing Function Hall.

The morning session started with the opening remarks of the NSTP Director and NSTP Hiraya Adviser, Eduardo Thaddeus M. Livica Jr., followed by the reading and review of the Constitution and By-Laws of the BU NSTP Hiraya. The NSTP Officers of Bicol University Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance and Development (BU JMRIGD) join the assembly together with the NSTP Officers from different colleges.
