Following the announcement of the City Government of Dasmariñas and Orange Rainfall Warning issued by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭.

Please be informed that the late registration period, adding/dropping subjects, and payment shall be extended until August 26, 2026, due to numerous class and work suspensions.

We kindly encourage all undergraduate students to complete their enrollment transactions by this date. Transactions submitted after the deadline will no longer be accommodated.

It has come to our attention that several individuals posing as official photographers of the 51st Commencement Exercises are contacting students and arranging meet‑ups at the University gates or nearby establishments to distribute or sell graduation photos.

Please be advised that the University has not authorized any individual or group to sell graduation photos, transact privately with graduates, or use the University seal for such purposes.

Engaging with these individuals may expose you to fraudulent activity, loss of money, or misuse of your personal information. The University strongly advises all graduates not to transact with unauthorized persons and to report any such encounters immediately to the Office of the University Registrar.

Official graduation photos and related materials will only be released through University‑sanctioned channels.

Please be guided accordingly.

Adhering to Memorandum Circular No. 123 issued by Malacañang Palace upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, office operations are suspended on August 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall due to the Southwest Monsoon.

Only essential personnel from BPD, BFMO, GSO, CSSHO (safety officer), and AAMO (dormitory and warehouse) are required to report to work to ensure delivery of disaster preparedness and health services.
