From examining semestral audit reports, conducting consultations with Student Governments and Program Councils on the preparation of their financial documents, carrying out formal audit investigations, and amending the Commission's existing policies, the University Student Government - Internal Audit Service for the 7th Congress completed these responsibilities and tasks with full competency and integrity.

Through the leadership of the Auditor General, the management of the Secretary General, the unwavering commitment and collaboration of the five (5) College Inspector Generals, the eagerness of the IAS Trainees to learn, and the constant guidance of our IAS Adviser, it is undeniable that the past academic year was truly a blast.

As this term comes to an end, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to each Student Government and Program Council, especially to the officers who worked behind closed doors to ensure that student funds were managed responsibly and used in the best interest of the student body.

To the incoming administration of the University Student Government – Internal Audit Service, we wish you success as you continue the Commission's mandate of upholding financial accountability.

𝐔𝐒𝐆-𝐈𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓
𝟐𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑, 𝐀.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

As the term of the USG–IAS 7th Congress comes to a close, the Commission formally presents its Semestral Report for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026, pursuant to Article IX, Section 7 of the University Student Government Constitution.

In addition, the official copy of the Semestral Report, including privileged information, shall be formally transmitted to the incoming University Student Government President and Congress.

This report outlines the tasks and responsibilities of the Commission throughout the semester, reflecting each officer’s commitment to financial transparency and accountability.

During the semester, the Commission successfully audited 32 student offices, issued 31 Audit Findings, issued 20 Resolutions, authored 10 Turnover Agreements, and released 5 Memorandums.

These milestones reflect the Commission's unwavering dedication to ensuring that each expense held in the safekeeping of Student Governments and Program Councils is utilized towards the betterment of the student body.

Those on the following list have completed their audit reports for the 2nd semester of A.Y. 2025-2026.

As of July 26, 2026, a total of nine (9) SGs and twenty-two (22) PCs out of the nine (9) SGs and twenty-three (23) PCs of our University had completed their audit reports on time.
