Looking back at these highlights, we’re reminded that healing begins in safe spaces —and this seminar was one of them. 💚

Thank you to everyone who took part 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘴: 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘶𝘮𝘢-𝘐𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘊𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵. Your presence, openness, and willingness to learn made this gathering more than just a requirement —it became a quiet act of collective care. 🫂🧠

We hope we’ve sparked deeper conversations around trauma, empathy, and the real meaning of psychological first aid. This was a step toward building a culture that supports, uplifts, and protects mental well-being, especially in times of crisis. 🌿🕊️
Let’s carry this knowledge forward, not just in our minds, but in the way we choose to show up for others.

Here's to being kinder responders, better listeners, and more compassionate advocates. Thank you for being part of this journey. 🙏

🌸✨ And just like that… it’s a wrap. ✨🌸

What began as a gentle reminder turned into a powerful gathering of compassion and understanding.

💫 Today, we marked a space where we said: "We Listen and We Don’t Judge." In which healing was not just spoken about but lived. 🤍

“𝙒𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙚 𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙅𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚: 𝘼 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙢𝙖-𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚” brought us together in many ways and in those few hours, something truly meaningful was shared.

🦋 The Broken heard.

🌈 The Silent spoken

🌱 The healing began

✨ And now we say…

Thank you.

For being part of Care in Crisis.

For showing up, for listening, for opening your heart. 💖

Let’s carry this softness with us, wherever we go. 🌌

Until the next gentle gathering... 💫
