𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐎. 𝟎𝟕-𝟎𝟏𝟒: A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE FULL SUPPORT OF THE SEVENTH CONGRESS OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2025 18-DAY CAMPAIGN TO END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN (VAW) AND URGING THE LASALLIAN COMMUNITY TO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN INITIATIVES PROMOTING A VAW-FREE SOCIETY
The University Student Government Senate of the Seventh Congress has declared its full support for the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women during its 8th Formal Session held on November 30, 2025.
Introduced by Sen. Casper Miguel F. Llanes (CCJE) and sponsored by Sens. Vanessa Mae C. Facelo (CLAC), Henric Jermaine Z. Gianan (CLAC), and Christian Kim Paolo Banta (CBAA), this resolution calls on the Lasallian community to stand united against gender-based violence and uphold the values of dignity, equality, and respect.
Key actions include:
• Urging intensified information campaigns on RA 9262 and RA 11313.
• Promoting active participation in initiatives for a VAW-free society.
• Disseminating this resolution to relevant offices and the Lasallian community.
