𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗠. 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘇!

We are thrilled to announce a new chapter of leadership and excellence at MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy! Please join us in giving a resounding "𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱" to our 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗠. 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘇.

Dr. Enriquez takes the helm with a profound connection to MMMA, having spearheaded the very feasibility study and institutional groundwork that led to our academy’s establishment.

A 1992 PMMA alumnus, his distinguished career began onboard international crude and product oil tankers for global giants like Shell and Mobil. In 2001, he transitioned into maritime education, bringing that elite seafaring rigor into academic leadership. As the Institute Director of the Magsaysay Institute of Shipping (MIS) and President of Magsaysay Learning Resources, Inc. (MLRI), he has spent over two decades driving world-class training, expanding cadetship programs, and maintaining top-tier DNV certifications.

Holding both an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Dr. Enriquez perfectly bridges industry expertise with academic innovation. As we look to the future, we are confident that his strategic vision will continue to strengthen our mission of developing globally competitive, character-driven maritime professionals.

Sir, the staff, faculty, and cadets of MMMA are ready for the journey ahead. Welcome to your new command!
