AFTER TRAINING REPORT
On Or About 030700H Of October 2026, the Cavite State University Learning Center Dasmariñas ROTC UNIT successfully Conducted its OPENING CEREMONY And ROTC ORIENTATION.
At 0700H Cadets and Cadettes have their attendance led by C/LT COL CHARLES SELWYN D AQUINO 1CL Conducted at CvSU Dasma Field. This was followed of heading to the SUMMERWIND COURT for the rehearsal of the OPENING CEREMONY Led by Sgt Toni Rose P Pento an PA (Res). At 1030H the ceremony began with a company formation of Basic cadets and Advance Cadet Officer, this was followed by the accounting of troops of the company. Thereafter, C/LT COL CHARLES SELWYN D AQUINO 1CL lead the invocation. Followed by the Entrance of Colors led by C/CPT ARMIEL KARL C ANGUE 2CL, Color Commander. This was followed by the Donning of Ranks of the incoming 1CL and 2CL headed by CPT CLYDE LEMEUL M FORTUNATO PA (RES) Commandant and assisted by 2LT ULYDEL A JACOB PA (RES) Assistant Commandant, 2LT PHOEBE GRACE D MALANTA (INF) PA Tactical Officer, Sgt Tonirose P Pento-an PA (Res) Tactical NCO, Sgt Grace S Deliosa PA (Res) Tactical NCO and SSg Giovanni Carlo V Panganiban (Res) Tactical NCO. Afterwards, the second part start immdiately with the Remarks, Reading, and Signing of Relinquishment Order by Outgoing Corps Commander C/COL ROEL R BALTAZAR 1CL, Reading and Signing of Assumption Order by Assistant Commandant 2LT ULYDEL A JACOB PA (RES), Hand Over of Command Symbol between Outgoing and Incoming Corps Commanders, Remarks by Incoming Corps Commander C/COL JOSHUA LEE A SISON 1CL, introduction of Keynote Speaker by 2LT ULYDEL A JACOB PA (RES) which is CPT CLYDE LEMUEL M FORTUNADO PA (RES) folowed by Inspirational Message by Keynote Speaker CPT CLYDE LEMUEL M FORTUNADO PA (RES). During the keynote address, the speaker emphasized the core values of honor, duty, and country, highlighting the significance of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) in developing the next generation of leaders and defenders of the nation. The atmosphere remained professional and orderly as the cadets stood in formation, demonstrating the preliminary drills they had practiced earlier that morning. At 1145H AVP renderings of the CvSU Hymn, Awit Kawal, and Pilipinas Kong Mahal. At 1200H, all personnel are dismissed for lunch break and short while preparing for the NSTP-ROTC Orientation. At 1300H the NSTP-ROTC Orientation by 2LT PHOEBE GRACE D MALANTA (INF) PA formally started at the Summerwind Court. The session began with a comprehensive overview of the Republic Act 9163, also known as the NSTP Act of 2001, providing the cadets with a clear understanding of the legal basis and the three components of the program, with a specific focus on the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC). 2LT PHOEBE GRACE D MALANTA (INF) PA meticulously detailed the program's objectives, emphasizing the development of physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being among the youth to prepare them as dependable reservists in the Armed Forces of the Philippines. At exactly 1530H the activity has ended without casualties and unfortunate incident.
