𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 | On December 14, 2025, at Qubo Qabana Resort & Hotel, the NSTP Department Team Building was held in a cool breeze and festive atmosphere filled with joy, unity, and the true spirit of the season. Officers, facilitators, and NSTP instructors gathered early, excited to celebrate the culmination of the year’s hard work and service.

The program formally opened with an opening prayer, followed by a welcome message from the NSTP Coordinator, Ms. Roxane P. Serrano, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the ROTC officers and NSTP faculty for their dedication to community service throughout the year. This was followed by a short reflection on the importance of Christmas as a season of giving, sharing, and compassion—values that strongly align with the mission of the NSTP.

Various performances highlighted the program, including an intermission number prepared by ROTC Advance Officers from 1CL to 3CL. These performances showcased not only the talents of the participants but also their teamwork and creativity. Laughter and applause filled the room, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. One of the most anticipated parts of the program were the games, exchange gifts, and raffle draws, which brought excitement and smiles to everyone. Simple yet meaningful gifts were shared, reminding everyone that the essence of Christmas lies in thoughtfulness rather than material value.

The Team Building Program concluded with a closing message and a group photo, capturing the happiness and camaraderie of the NSTP family. As foods were served and stories echoed, the event left everyone with renewed inspiration to continue serving the community with love, unity, and a strong sense of volunteerism in the coming year.

𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃 & 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐒 | On December 7, 2025, 2nd Training day. The NCST ROTC UNIT successfully conducted its Turnover of Command, marking a significant transition in leadership within the Corps of Cadets. The event began with the battalion formation on the parade grounds, reflecting the discipline and professionalism expected from the cadet corps. During the ceremony, C/COL A-JHAY A CAGUITLA 1CL, the outgoing Corps Commander, formally relinquished his command after fulfilling his duties with dedication and integrity. He highlighted the growth, discipline, and camaraderie strengthened under his leadership and encouraged the corps to continue striving for excellence.

The command was then officially transferred to C/COL VINCE ANDREW O TAPAWAN 1CL, who assumed the role of Corps Commander. Through the symbolic turnover of the saber sword, the incoming Corps Commander accepted the responsibilities of command and leadership.

After the Turn Over of Command, the Pinning of Ranks took place. The activity was attended by the ROTC Training Staff, Tactical Officers, sponsors, and escorts. The ceremony aimed to officially recognize the newly promoted cadet officers and instill in them discipline, pride, and a sense of responsibility. The newly promoted cadet officers assembled in formation and were administered the Oath of Office, pledging their commitment to duty, discipline, and service.

When the program ended, the cadet officers were instructed to line up with their assigned sponsors and escorts. They then proceeded to their designated rehearsal area where they conducted a walk-through of the upcoming presentation. The rehearsal included proper marching formations, timing cues, positioning, and ceremonial movements. The activity was supervised by the ROTC Training Staff to ensure precision and uniformity.

The ceremony was orderly and executed according to ROTC protocol and guidance from the Training Staff.
