"Behind the Scenes: Exploring Food Safety and Sanitation in Practice!"
As we conclude our 2nd semester, our 503 1st year BS Hospitality Management students with Food Safety and Sanitation subject are about to embark on an exciting plant tour like no other!
Today, we're taking a step out of the classroom and into the real-world setting of a food processing facility to learn about food safety and sanitation practices in action!
Through this interactive experience, our students will get to see firsthand the importance of proper food handling, process cleanliness, and other essential protocols that ensure the quality and safety of the food we eat.
From observing the production lines to exploring the different departments, our students will gain a deeper understanding of the entire food manufacturing process and how it all comes together.
We're thrilled to provide this unique opportunity for our students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications, making them better equipped to excel in their future careers in the hospitality industry!
