𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗻𝗮? 👀📚

The days October 6–9 are allotted for our final examinations, and today, we officially begin the final stretch. Yes, dito na nagtatapos — ang first term for Academic Year 2026–2027. 📝✨

As the term comes to an end, let’s resist the temptation to cheat and instead give our best. Let’s do everything we can, especially the things that we weren’t able to do in our past: previous exams, quizzes, and everything in between. Mao na, mag-study jud. 😭📚

Let’s give our all and make this last stretch count.

No regrets, just pure contentment. Kasi binigay at ibibigay naman natin ang lahat. 😌

To the ones who continue to shape us everyday.

To the ones who guide us towards efficiency, innovation, and excellence.

Beyond the lessons, quizzes, final requirements, and exams, you all have poured your heart, soul, time, and energy into making sure the current and future Englishmen are well-equipped to face the ups and downs of language.

Ironically... Our gratitude and admiration for your expertise simply cannot be fully stated by words. May you enjoy this special day, reserved just for you! 👑

Days have passed since the AB English General Assembly for A.Y. 2026, but the memories and lessons we shared continue to stay with us.

The event truly served its purpose—not only in building camaraderie among AB English students, but also in strengthening our connection with our faculty and the entire program. It was a day filled with stories, insights, encouragement, and reminders that being an AB English student is more than just what happens inside the classroom.

Dr. Jennifer Lanoy opened the program with her words and insights about our journey as English majors, setting the tone for a meaningful gathering. Ma’am Suzanne Alcasid graciously shared her time with us and enlightened us on the possible paths that our program can lead us to. Ma’am Jannen Lomanta, who had just graduated the day before the event, shared her experience as a cultural exchange student, encouraging us to 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙯𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨 and 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬.

Our dear faculty members also shared their wisdom and encouragement. Dr. Maico Aperocho reminded us that while grades are important, we should also 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮. Professor Precious Mongcal likewise shared her advice and insights with us, adding to the meaningful conversations of the day.

As the gathering came to a close, Dr. Ana Navarro delivered the closing remarks, reminding us to carry the lessons and experiences we gained beyond the assembly.

This activity reminded us that our journey as English majors is not meant to be walked alone. It is shaped by the people we meet, the lessons we learn, the opportunities we take, and the moments we choose to cherish.

And with that, our General Assembly officially comes to a wrap! 🥹✨

𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚, 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮. 💚🤍

Until the next event, Englishmen!
