Today, we celebrate the remarkable achievement of one of our beloved instructors in the DDC Education Program, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗕. 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗹, for earning his 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 (𝗣𝗵𝗗) degree!
