Today on 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟖 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 3rd Year students of the 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 begin their first day as 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒔 as they embark on their 𝙊𝙣-𝙏𝙝𝙚-𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 Journey.

As they step out of their comfort zones and face the unknown, they venture to build professional skills and gain valuable experiences from their respective internship sites. In the following 6-week timeframe, they will be able to build the foundation for their future career and prepare for life post-graduation.

As we officially close Academic Year 2025–2026, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing GEARS officers for their dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the organization and the engineering and robotics community.

As we welcome a new chapter, GEARS proudly proclaims its newly elected officers for Academic Year 2026–2027. These individuals have been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the organization with passion, integrity, and innovation as we continue to grow and uphold our mission to “Evolve to Solve.”

Last 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 6, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, students of the 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 attended the annual 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓-𝑬𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒚, where they celebrated the end of the school year and participated in 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎-𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 facilitated by the faculty.

Through this experience, the students strengthened connections across year levels and enjoyed a day of rest and festivities after overcoming the challenges of the school year. They were able to reflect on everything that was accomplished in the year as they participated in enjoyable activities and made lasting memories.

A glimpse into the energy and experiences that defined the 2026 Ateneo Open House, where Robotics Engineering students shared hands-on demonstrations and real applications of their work, highlighting the field in action as GEARS continues to .

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐀𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐨 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞

Last 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, future Ateneans were warmly welcomed by 𝗚𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 during the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝑨𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒐 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆, where they explored the world of 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 through fun and informative demonstrations.

Visitors experienced interactive displays, engaged with student facilitators, and gained insight into how engineering concepts come to life in real-world applications. The booth served as a space for curiosity, learning, and discovery, giving guests a glimpse of what it means to be part of the Robotics Engineering community.

Last Saturday, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝑹𝒐𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 students marked a significant milestone during the 𝑺𝑬𝑨 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 held at the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦.

The ceremony recognized the dedication and perseverance of students as they take the next step in their journey toward becoming future robotics engineers. It stands as a symbol of their commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence in the field.

“𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺.” ✨️

𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘞𝘦𝘦𝘬 is held on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟰–𝟭𝟮, where the community 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 from seasoned veterans to complete beginners. It is a time for showcasing how far the industry has come while opening doors to anyone who harbors even the smallest spark of interest.
