We know that sometimes, while studying, laziness suddenly decides to join the session😅 So when it shows up, don’t wait for motivation—start small.

Try the 5-minute rule: Tell yourself, “I’ll study for just 5 minutes.” Open your notes, read one page, or answer one question. Often, starting is the hardest part.

And when you feel like giving up, remember: you don’t have to finish everything at once. Just take the next step.

Keep moving. One page, one lesson, one step at a time. 💚
