The College of Information and Computing Local Council (CICLC) stands as the pinnacle of student governance, holding the esteemed position of governing the undergraduate student body within the College of Information and Computing (CIC) at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP). As the highest organization within CIC, CICLC encompasses three distinct undergraduate programs: the Bachelor

of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), Bachelor of Computer Science (BSCS), and Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS). The CICLC assumes a vital role in representing, advocating for, and empowering the college with aspiring information and computing professionals. With a strong commitment to academic excellence and social relevance, CICLC together with CIC serves as a platform for students to actively engage, collaborate, and lead in shaping the future of information and computing fields. Constitutionally vested with power to design and promulgate law, policies and program that would carry out the objectives of the USeP-CICLC.
