The green triangle, ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ (๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฌ), cascades that the members should concord and stand in oneness for the community to work and function well for its intended purpose and objectives, supporting its body through education, development, and advocacies.
The yellow triangle, ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ (๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฌ), cascades that the members should represent its commitment towards fostering design excellence, cultural heritage, creativity, and innovation that aims to enhance the occurrences of the body that they are serving.
The inverted white triangle, cascades that the pursuit of excellence reaches its fullest meaning when it is dedicated to serving the people and its body. The three triangles, strength, utility, and beauty are not ends in themselves, but it narrows down to a single point, converging into its abiding purpose, ๐๐๐ง๐ซ๐๐๐. The bodyโs knowledge, creativity, and excellence, should significantly serve the people, shaping spaces and communities that uplift and strengthen the nation.
The shadows add depth and three-dimensionality, symbolizing the dynamic, progressive, and forward-thinking of the Council. Instead of being flat and static, the dimensional effect reflects an organization that views and respects different perspectives, continuously evolves, and creates meaningful impact within the architecture community of UP Mindanao.
The triangular form serves as the foundation of the logo and represents strength, stability, and resilience, which are qualities that define the Council's leadership and service to the student body. As one of the most structurally stable geometric shapes in architecture, the triangle represents a solid organization built on integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
