โ๏ธ From Classroom to Industry: Bringing Theory to Reality! ๐๏ธ
As part of our commitment to producing well-rounded future law enforcement professionals, our 3rd-year Criminology students stepped outside the four walls of the classroom to witness the Juvenile Justice System in action.
This educational exposure tour at the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY) aims to bridge the gap between academic theories and real-world application. By observing the facility's rehabilitation and reintegration programs for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), students gain a profound, firsthand understanding of the juvenile justice process. To ensure a deeply meaningful and safe learning experience, comprehensive pre- and post-debriefing sessions were conducted by the Social Action Office of Holy Cross of Davao College to help students properly process their observations, emotions, and insights.
