Kindly note that a valid ID is required for all claimants, whether claiming personally or through a representative. We kindly ask that you review the requirements below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Option 1 — Claiming In Person
- One (1) valid ID
- Accepted: University ID, Government-issued ID, or Passport
- Please present the original ID upon claiming

Option 2 — Claiming via Authorized Representative
- Original authorization letter, signed by the graduate
- Representative's valid ID (original copy, for verification)
- Photocopy of the graduate's valid ID

We kindly ask that all documents be complete before proceeding to the bookstore, as incomplete requirements may cause delays in processing.

To our Ignacian Marian alumni, your picture frames and photos are still available for claiming. If you haven't picked yours up yet, here's everything you need to know:

📆 Schedule: Every Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍Location: Bonifacio Campus, UIC Davao City

To help us prepare your frames ahead of time, kindly send us a message at 0955-350-2779 with the following details prior to your visit:

1. Complete Name
2. Program / Course
3. Year Graduated

This will help ensure a smooth and efficient releasing process for everyone.

Attention, UIC Graduates of 2023! The wait is finally over. Your 2023 Yearbooks (IMMACULATUS) are ready for pickup!

UIC Main Campus Bookstore
Fr. Selga St., Davao City

📋 CLAIMING REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, please bring the following:

Option 1: Claiming in Person

- One (1) Valid ID (University ID, Government-issued ID, or Passport).

Option 2: Claiming via Representative
If you cannot claim your yearbook personally, your authorized representative must present:
- Original Authorization Letter (signed by the graduate).
- Valid ID of the Authorized Representative (Original for verification).
- Photocopy of the Graduate's Valid ID (The person giving the authority).

We would like to inform our alumni and stakeholders that the Immaculatus Yearbooks for Academic Years 2023, 2024, and 2025 are currently undergoing the necessary processing and completion procedures.

Please be assured that the Immaculatus Yearbook Staff are actively working to ensure that all yearbooks meet the expected standards of quality and accuracy, with the goal of releasing them within this year. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this process continues.

All official updates regarding the availability and distribution of the yearbooks will be communicated through this official page. We respectfully encourage everyone to regularly check this page for verified announcements.

⏰ Half day, morning only on Saturdays
🚫 No releasing on Mondays & Sundays

📌 Frames will only be released to those fully paid on all accounts (Option A or B).
📌 If you can’t claim in person, your classmate may claim for you with an authorization letter, a photocopy of your ID with 3 specimen signatures, and a photocopy of the ID of the one who will claim it.
