More than a ceremonial gathering, the event marked the beginning of a new chapter of student leadership grounded in responsibility, accountability, integrity, and service.
The program commenced with an Opening Prayer, followed by the National Anthem, presented through an Audio-Visual Presentation. The Opening Remarks were delivered by ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ, who welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of responsible student leadership and meaningful service to the Rizalian community.
The ceremony proceeded with the Presentation of Newly Elected Officers, wherein the elected representatives from each department were formally introduced. The presentation recognized the new ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐จ๐ ๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ, who were entrusted with the responsibility of representing and serving their fellow students.

The newly elected governors and SSG Commissioners formally embraced the responsibilities attached to their positions, signifying their readiness to fulfill the trust and confidence given to them by the student community.
