The September and November 2025 LET sets a new benchmark with a record-breaking 65.04% national passing rate — the highest ever documented in modern times.

A total of 79,696 out of 122,528 examinees passed, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, December 18.

For perspective, the March 2025 LET posted 56.71%, while most previous years hovered between 45% to 58%.

With pride and joy, the Education Student Executive Council congratulates Shena Nicole Busano of Ateneo de Davao University – School of Education for securing Top 9 in the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (Elementary Level) with an impressive 92.40% rating!

September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers Results Released in Sixty-Three (63) Working Days

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announce that 21,967 elementary teachers out of 43,035 examinees (51.04%) and 57,729 secondary teachers out of 79,493 examinees (72.62%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (L. E. P. T.) given last September 21 and November 30, 2025 in 45 testing centers all over the Philippines, Hong Kong and Thailand. It is further announced that of the 21,967 elementary teacher passers, 19,924 are first timers and 2,043 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 52,207 passers are first timers and 5,522 are repeaters.

The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairperson; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairperson; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member.

The results of examination with respect to forty-nine (49) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations; and three (3) were withheld for further verification of submitted documents.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on the following dates:

The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:

1) Notice of Admission (for identification only);
2) downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
3) two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag);
4) two sets of documentary stamps;
5) 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

AdDU–SOE recorded a 100% passing rate in the Elementary Level and a 97.14% passing rate in the Secondary Level, both exceeding the national passing rates.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The regular uniform policy will be temporarily lifted from December 9 to 20, 2025. During this time, students may wear civilian attire, provided it complies with the Revised Dress Code of the University.

However, students enrolled in courses such as Physical Education (PE), National Service Training Program (NSTP), Nursing, and practicum must continue observing their prescribed uniforms.
