The HCDC SSG COMELEC hereby announces that the release of the official election results of the CROSSAILORS Organization is temporarily suspended due to a matter currently undergoing review and validation.

We understand the anticipation and interest of all members of the CROSSAILORS Organization regarding the election outcomes. This step is taken to ensure that all results are accurate, fair, and properly verified. The COMELEC remains committed to maintaining transparency and upholding the integrity of the electoral process. The official results will be released immediately once the review has been completed.

Following the failure of election for certain positions, the HCDC COMELEC is officially opening a Special Election cycle to ensure every student voice is represented!

The Executive Department is officially opening the Filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for the upcoming student government elections.

🗓️ FILING DATES: May 07–09, 2026
📍 LOCATION: COMELEC Office, Room CH 307

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
There will be STRICTLY NO EXTENSION for the filing of Certificates of Candidacy (COC). Ensure all your documents are submitted within the prescribed three-day window to be considered for the ballot.

The absence of qualified candidates for the positions of President, Vice President-Internal, and Vice President-External marks a critical turning point in our student governance.

The HCDC Commission on Elections has officially promulgated Resolution No. 001-2026, extending the filing period for Certificates of Candidacy (COC) for the 2026 General Elections. This decision follows a comprehensive review which identified a significant vacancy in the SSG Executive Department, as well as insufficient representation across several academic programs in the House of Representatives.

Due to the lack of candidates, the SSG COMELEC has decided to extend the Filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for PAGPINILIAY 2026.

The filing period is now extended to give more students the opportunity to step forward, participate, and take on leadership roles within our student body. We highly encourage those who are willing to serve to take this chance and make a difference.
