Please be informed that ALL OFFICES will be closed tomorrow, August 8, 2026, in celebration of the Feast of St. Dominic de Guzmán, patron saint and inspiration of the Dominican tradition. Regular work operations will resume on Monday, August 10, 2026.

For interested applicants, kindly read the instructions carefully and prepare the required documents before proceeding with the application process.

1. Please prepare Requirements 1.2-1.8 before
filling out the link: https://myportal.spcdavao.edu.ph/registration-graduate-school
Requirements:

1.1 WPA of 85% or better in the requisite degree
program: Bachelor's for Master's Program and Aligned Master's Program for Ph.D.
Program
1.2 Appropriate PRC License for Ph.D. in Nursing
and Ph.D. in Guidance and Counseling; PRC License for MAN, MSMT, and MN
Programs
1.3 Short Essay on Personal Goals in taking the
Graduate or post-graduate Program (200-250 words)
1.4 Title and Description of study/research to be
conducted while in Graduate School
1.5 Transcript of Records
1.6 Honorable Dismissal
1.7 PSA Birth Certificate
1.8 PSA copy of marriage contract, for married only

2. Take the Entrance test after being notified of
the status of the admission application
3. Interview by the Program Chair
4. Notice of Admission will be sent through email
for the Enrollment process
