General Services Unit has implemented precautionary measures to ensure the safety of university personnel and properties and to minimize potential damage to buildings and facilities.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 21, Series of 2025, issued by the Provincial Government of Quirino, declaring the suspension of classes in all levels, both public and private, and work in all local government offices in the Province of Quirino on 10 November 2025, Quirino State University hereby suspends all classes and office work across all campuses on the said date.

This directive is issued as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and welfare of all students, faculty, and personnel during the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm β€œFung-Wong” (β€œUwan”), as forecasted by DOST-PAGASA and discussed during the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) meeting.

All Campuses are directed to implement the necessary precautionary measures to secure facilities, equipment, and important documents, and to coordinate with local authorities for any emergency response needs.

Please wait for further announcements from the University regarding the resumption of classes and work, depending on weather developments.
